The prices are informative; for the exact price, please send an inquiry with the desired date, number of guests, and number of pets. Payment: 30% of the total amount is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance 28 days before arrival.

House rules

The pool is not heated and can be used depending on weather conditions, usually from mid-May to the end of September. The pool is cleaned twice a week by a professional company.

Parties are not allowed.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Check-in is after 16:00, check-out until 10:00.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Pets are welcome (10 € per day per pet). Dogs may not stay in thehouse alone without supervision.
They are not allowed on the sofa, bed, or to use the house blankets and bed linens.
They are also not allowed to enter the pool.

Please clean up after your pets when they relieve themselves.
